In Outlook -> New Items -> Meeting and then, on the ribbon across the top, Add a Zoom Meeting. Once added, the Zoom add-in is attached to your account and is available on both Office Web and applications. You can use the add-in on or on the Outlook application on your desktop/laptop. If you believe you may have installed the add-in already, you can check by clicking 'My add-ins' and seeing if it's listed. NOTE: You may be asked to Sign-in to Office 365 and to authorize the add-in, which you should do.
